An Interview with Jubilee Founder Jim Petty

In 1996, Dr. James Petty led a group that started the Urban Student Scholarship Appeal, which eventually became Children’s Jubilee Fund. In this interview with Executive Director Tim Geiger, Jim explains the reasons why this organization was formed.
